Covered Parts

ENGINE and WATER PUMP

The following internally lubricated parts of the engine, pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain and timing gears, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms, hydraulic lifters, rocker arm shafts. The Engine Block and Cylinder Heads are also covered if the above-listed parts caused a covered mechanical failure that damages the Engine Block or Cylinder Heads. No other parts are covered under this warranty. Parts that require normal manufacturer's recommended replacement intervals are not covered under this warranty.

TRANSMISSION

The following internally lubricated parts of manual or automatic transmissions, torque converter case, oil pump, drums, planetaries, sun gear, shell, shaft(s), bearings, shift rail, forks, synchronizers, and internally lubricated parts of the 4x4 transfercase are covered. Damage resulting from failures by related parts or units such as but not limited to: levers, controls, linkage, cables, radiator, coolers, rubber mounts, external oil lines, viscous couplings, drive axles/bearings and electronic components, internal or external, to the engine and transmission are not covered. Tran's axel/differential failures of any kind are non-eligible for coverage under this warranty agreement.

OPTIONAL COVERAGES*

AIR CONDITIONING*

Compressor, condenser, evaporator and orifice tube. The following component(s) are also covered if required in connection with the repair of the vehicle, receiver dryer.

ELECTRICAL*

Alternator, starter motor, starter solenoid, voltage regulator, fan blower motor and switch (primary only), windshield washer pump and rear defogger switch.

SEALS & GASKETS*

Coverage's include only the following gaskets and seals as listed: Intake manifold gaskets, Valve cover gasket(s), cylinder head gasket(s), front and rear engine and transmission seals. Note: sweating gaskets(s) or dripping gasket(s) or the seepage of gaskets are considered normal and acceptable operational conditions and are not covered. Minor leaks to the above seals or gaskets are considered to be normal operating conditions, and will not be considered as a claim, unless proven to cause the engine or transmission to operate below normal manufactures standards, not including normal wear and tear or diminished performance. Seals and gaskets that have failed due to operator negligence, excessive heat or overheating of any kind regardless of the cause are non-eligible repairs. Parts not listed are not covered.
